Meditation & Mindfulness are two practices that can help us stay calm, reduce anxiety, 
increase blood flow and flexibility, help us relax. These are just a few of the MANY health benefits
​that you will enjoy as you learn different ways of becoming more mindful and how to meditate for different reasons. Our first meditation will be on 8/22/22 from 3:30 - 4:00.
